In the interest of accuracy I have had my previous post removed from SI and have revised it to properly reflect my discussions with the company.

>>To the thread: I spoke to the company today and have a lot of good news to relay. It should be understood that the following is just my impression.

First of all I believe the strange trading today was actually due to a halt. Apparently the halt was because of the news which came out on Reuters. It was supposedly orchestrated by the MMs to enable an MM who was short to cover his position in case the stock took off on the Reuters news. Don't ask me for a detailed explanation.

Furthermore I have the impression there will be a news release in the next few days.

Still no word about when Fire will begin trading but in regard to the certificates, the company says it has done everything it was supposed to and the rest is in the hands of the transfer agents and brokerages. Actually I talked to Fidelity today and they said the shares had been distributed altho they are not yet in my account.

There may be more business in the future from Gazprom who is cleaning up its act by cutting back its employees and upgrading all its facilities.

Fully audited earnings for the year should be out by the end of February, perhaps sooner. The CFO, and perhaps the CEO as well, will be leaving in a week or two for Russia and Kazakhstan to work with D and T on the numbers. I believe LEAH should be solidly profitable for the year.

The previously announced deals in Kazakhstan and West Texas should be finalized next month (hopefully) and I think there will be a steady stream of news.

The second Kazakhstan deal (near the Chinese border) is still on the table and we should hear more about that soon.

I asked about the new export tax and was told it would not make a difference to Leah's bottom line.

I think that is just about all.
