While I think it is futile to try and rationalize the price movement in this stock, the new debt offering may significantly change perceptions. It is one thing to say you are bypassing accounting "earnings" to build a dominant market position and getting a free pass go card by the Street for a couple years, quite another to lose tons of cash and imbed big fixed costs into the business. This debt just adds an additional burden on an already uncertain outcome.

I wonder if this is going to be another zero to boot?
