Dear Denise,

The last time i talk to Paul Godin, CEO, just before Christmas, he mentioned to me that the new rules since early last summer is the following: The company has to trade at or above $5.00 US for a minimum of 30 business days to be listed on the regular Nasdaq. He also mentioned that they take the average of these 30 business days.

On other thing he mentioned, is apparently the Nas. rules are not writing into the cement; they also take other side of the company such as minimum asset requirement etc.....
