"Bulletin Board stock with no revenue launches legal crusade against fictional internet character." There is no better indication of a bad company. A good company would refute negative comments with revenue and earnings. Bad company's try to use the courts to stifle negative comment. For some reason, they feel the need to keep up the image of their company to investors. Longs should ask themselves: Why would the company waste time on this if the underlying business is good? What possible long term benefit would they gain? In fact, this only seems to make sense if they are focused on the price of the stock in the short-term? Now, why would that be important to them? Inquiring minds want to know. Just my personal opinion. Everyone should do their own research and not rely on any opinions posted on this or any other public forum. Archer
