I wish the analysts would stop write bullsht.* They can't Glenn. I have not seen anyone here that had a clue that this debt offering would be coming at this point, so soon. A fairly dramatic confirmation that they are really bleeding cash, and intend to continue to do so, as opposed to the pro forma bull they put out in the press releases. I'll bet all the anals had advance notice that this was the plan that was about to unfold, and they wanted a piece of the action. I guess the real question for the short term is how far could the stock decline without queering the convert? And who is going to step in and support it, or at least not add to selling pressure? This would support a speculation that there may not be a lot of insider selling until the convert is placed. Regards, Ice
