I just got off the phone with IR of Entertainment Boulevard. We
should be having very good news coming anytime. First, we will
have the name change from SDMT to EBLD; which may happen
as soon as tomorrow. Second, Entertainment will be acquiring one of the top 100 websites which will give them more exposure. The acquisition will done with 60% cash(payable over a 18 month
period) and the other 40% with stock. IR stated that there is a lot of interest from brokers; CEO has and is meeting with many
brokers. All the documents for PR release and the letter of intent
for the acquisition is in the hands of the lawyers. Just waiting for
the lawyers to give ok to put out a PR.

Most of the information I've given you is on Entertainment (EBLD)
which is now owned by SEDMET. The IR person I spoke with
represents EBLD; so everything they are doing will belong to
SDMT.

I've pasted copies of two PRs on SDMT. Hope this helps. Looking forward to next week. Feb 1 is the target date for the symbol change followed by information about the new PR firm.

Ben
