Global Access Pagers Rescinds Phone
Time Resources Merger
ESCONDIDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Access Pagers Inc., a Nevada corporation
(''Global'') (OTC:GAPI - news) announced a rescission of its proposed merger agreement between
Phone Time Resources Inc. (''Phone Time''), a Delaware corporation and Global.
The Board of Directors of the respective companies have agreed to rescind any and all agreements
relating to the merger between Global and Phone Time and to restore all parties to their original
status prior to the merger.
Global will continue operating and functioning as a manufacturer and distributor of pagers and paging
equipment manufactured and assembled in the United States and will continue its paging operation
under the leadership of Tim Kateras as president.
As a result of the rescission, Global will have no further liability or obligation resulting from the Phone
Time operations prior to April 21, 1998, the date of the purported merger.
