Ok, "Ronaldo El Estafador", since you want to sue people, why don't you provide us with the following: (1) Legal citations for the appropriate laws and regulations that were violated. Given the nature of the Internet, the appropriate venue for such a lawsuit would be a federal district court, so why don't you provide us with specific sections of the United States Code and/or the Code of Federal Regulations. (2) Proof that the bashers caused the stock price to decline, instead of other factors, like the company's own actions, the actions of market makers and stock promoters, etc. Show us that specific postings caused specific declines in the stock price. (Prove the relevancy and materiality of your claims.) Just because you disagree with someone does not automatically give you what the courts call "standing", which is the right to challenge their actions in court.
