Ice - They will have just added a big 'ole cash cost, even if they will arb it in the front years. Maybe they will spec in Inut stocks and have a positive carry? it is an arbitrage from their perspective, and they're glad to accept money from anyone stupid enough to loan it to them! they don't have jack to lose. y
