ZICAM - How it works.

In case you haven't seen the video at zicam.com, ZICAM works by having a matrix (zinullose) attach (like a tenacious slurry) to the lining cells of the nasal passages. The Zinc ions bind to the ICAM adhesion molecule binding site so that the viruses cannot attach.
