I was just noseing around EDGAR, 1/17/97 Rosenwald bot 333,333 shares
from the company I believe that is about 10%.At least enough for
some control.Dont know what he has in mind,but he is acquiring an
awful lot of biotechs under the Aries co and VMRX.Lets hope he
knows how to make them fly.
