PartyTime has been suspended from SI .... here is a post of his from Yahoo...

[NOTE: If someone would post the follwing on SI, I'd greatly appreciate it. It's a direct response to a (ha-ha!) "personal attack" from Drifter. Thank you.]

>>>"....Party, this time you have defended yourself against Aleta's correction that she did not say JT posted three times a day. You executed a perfect circular proof, and might have got a 6.0 from your enthralled readers were it not for linguistic supervision from your humble probation officer. You now say, with a triple toe loop and a death spiral:

"PARTY: But, knowing I saw the three figure somewhere -- evidenced by the fact I mentioned it several times ...

"Well, for gosh darn Party, that means that the business plan of this collection of companies is of doubtful validity, "evidenced by the fact that I mentioned it several times!"

"Your license to type is hereby restricted with the rider
"must type only under the supervision of a rational person"

"In addition, you must post prominently at your workstation and as the header to all posts: "Caution, long load; wide turns at any time; stops and starts without thinking; following too closely may be hazardous for your portfolio!"<<<

My Response:

Drifter, please note I have enough confidence in myself to know what I see when I see it and that I have a sufficient recognition capability to know what I've seen; yet I'm also intelligent enough to know sometimes I do not always understand what I see.

Regarding the error to which I admitted to you? Had I given a closer perusal to what I had written in response to you, I would have edited that word out. I didn't. I hit send and moved on quickly to something else.

Please read my below correspondance to Brad Dryer, a founder of SI, and you'll logically understand how I can't possibly understand how you--omnipotent though you make yourself out to be--could know what happens during the course of every 15-minute edit window which SI allows its posters.

I'd also like you to consider the FACT I have 4,000 SI posts and likely a couple more thousand Yahoo posts. Who are you not to allow me a half-a-dozen to a dozen errors in respect to this process, particularly ones so petty in view of the larger picture?

I bet ya it was an error in your thinking that you probably thought ZuluGroup.com wouldn't land a guy of the calibur of Richy Glassberg! Am I right? As a patent and trademark attorney, I'm sure you understand fully well the value of Mr. Glassberg's position with the IAB.

Oh, also. Make sure you thank Mr. Chmiel for his fine work with the company, when you take your kids to Disney Land. I'd much rather make a typo than have such critical areas in construction of thought, such as I perceive your errors to be.

Please read the following, which I sent shortly after Aleta made her comments on SI today:
