< I doubt 99Q1 revenue will be more than 98Q4 revenue unless they cooked the books somehow. Did Amazon really say that? or was it reported wrong. If they said that I think they are wrong. I suspect they meant 99Q1 will be more than 98Q1 revenue. Most retailers to the vast majority of yearly sales in the holiday season. I do not know how many dollars they had in gift certificates. Gift certificates show up as sales when redeemed. That may be a large factor. Glenn
