Derek I have called the MOT Tidal Wave 800 # many times fir the following reason...I quote from their brochure.

"What is Tidal Wave?
Tidal Wave is a program that allows users to upgrade their Motorola 28.8/33.6 products to either industry-standard 56K or ISDN. It also allows 28.8/33.6 users of US Robotics, Cardinal or other vendors who are committed to x2 type technology to upgrade to industry-standard 56K with Motorola. Pricing for the upgrade is available by calling 1-800-4-A-MODEM.

I have called and never been given a price for this, today I tried but only get a recording.

Please give me your opinion as to the legal aspects to this...are they not charging or pretending to offer something which is non-existant?

Who should I report this to?

Oh by the way I have some magic (Jack in the bean stock) beans...call for prices. 1-000-screw um
