I read their Jan. 22, 1999 SEC 10-Q/A file. For detail regarding FBI investigation, see Contingent Liabilities section in their 10-Q. edgar-online.com At stated in their 10-Q file, JBOH management don't know what the impact will be. I feel this is the biggest cloud over JBOH stock price. Once it get cleared, JBOH will shot up (may be the sky will be the limit). Hope this will not make you dislike the stock. I feel the reward is far higher than risk. I will hold my shares and wait. BL
