Yes, it is tetraethyl lead. However, there still is a market for it as many countries around the world have yet to switch, or cannot yet to afford to switch.

Why this is so interesting is that the company is managing the decline of TEL, but it requires little in the way fo capex, so the D&A are cause for huge cash flows.

By 2004, this company could buy out all its stock for $15, pay off all its debt and still have a $60 million a year annuity.
