donald,
The following is a BMG new release on Yhoo that says production will be reduced 10% or more at their Bolivia mine. This on top of golds poor performance may have caused an exodus. Especially to gold investors who remember by experience (as I do, but always an early bailer) Pegasus, BGO, even ECO, Echo mines which traded around 7 only a year and a bit ago but now is often below two with volume a shadow of its former self. I must admit my finger was on the trigger, but considering the state of the bear market in gold, I decided to wait.
It does not look fatal for BMG then again, I could use some help looking REAL CLOSE.
If you read the release carefully it says they poured 240 million into the mine but later says investment was 40 million. Did they really mean that 240 million in gold equivalent was poured out or from the mine?? This bears a closer look.
Also, could the recent financing deal with Tres Crus have provoked an stock holder stampede like happened recently with PDG?
Seems like no one is following this lately, a shame, it is either a great buying or bailing opportunity!
