To all : Somebody has just posted the news at "misc.invest.stock" : "SOROS Investment Fund owns large block of SBET stock" look at disclosure.com There are not a lot of public shares available (3 to 3.5M shares) and I have never seen any SEC document mentioning such placement. Who has access to this document at disclosure.com ?
