All: What a great day ..... this one couldn't last long enough for me. I just hope I can keep the string going through tomorrow to finish out the week with a bang.

Sometimes you wonder what really leads to your successes, discipline, luck, patience.......I would say probably a little of all. Whatever it is, I am doing whatever I can to keep it. Each morning before the bell this week I am telling myself "Don't get greedy, yesterday is yesterday and has no bearing on today.... be patient, make good entries, cut your losers, and always evaluate your winners.". It HAS made a big difference in keeping me honest.

So often after a tremendous week, I follow it up with a horrid week because I saw the "big" numbers in the account and let that determine my discipline. I have kept true to my resolution thus far of not taking extremely large positions and to take every day as a "new" day regardless of what yesterday was like.

Some days you just wish you could bottle whatever it is that is bringing you success.

What is most encouraging to me is that in yesterdays bad market, I traded well and made money, and today with an opposite market, I had even better results. Typically, my best days or in down markets.

Is there anyone here that did not prosper today?

Good luck to all tomorrow.
