Looks like we exchange our shares for 1/2 share in the new company and it's off to Nasdaq and a higher profile in the investment community. Maybe later the S&P 500! Will we be considered foreign content for RRSP'S? UNPH has about 41 million shares out and trades north of $80 U.S.
