Conference Call - Leland please read this!

First, good move on having the call on the internet through VCall. It was much better than tying up one of my phone lines to listen in.

Second, it is a shame that the best thing to be said about you and/or Vivus is the medium you used to distribute the conference call.

Did you hear it in the analysts voice? WHY HAVEN'T YOU SIGNED A DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT? YOU HAVE HAD A YEAR! Sure you might get a better agreement by waiting, but how much money have you (and we) missed out on in the form of higher revenues because of your 'plan'. Can't you negotiate a 'renegotiate' clause into a contract based on certain criteria?

Third, WHY CAN'T YOU GET MUSE LICENSED AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, SELLING IN OTHER COUNTRIES? Muse was approved almost a year before Viagra in the US, now Viagra is approved and selling in more places than MUSE. What is the problem? I don't expect your 'insert' method to sell better than a pill, but for pete's sake, at least get it licensed to sell.

I guess it boils down to one thing, the old saying, 'Invest in good management' and that is the mistake I made investing in Vivus.
