Hi Casey:

I suppose the "surplus supply" of zinc is causing the very rapid depletion of LME zinc inventory???

Its also interesting to read another Wolff post saying (I paraphrase) real assets are cheap and its time to consider investing in them.

Opps, they can't have it both ways!!!

Never take market advice from a schizo.

Each metal has its own framework of supply and demand. I learned (the hard way) not to generalize, but to analyze the specifics of each situation. The exceptions, when the herd is focused on the generalities, are where the surprise money-making opportunities lie; sometime by buying, sometimes by shorting, always by analyzing.

Actually I don't so much disagree with Wolff's statements as observe that Zinc may be a special case whereas all the other metals, except Aluminium and Platinum and Paladium and Uranium and Silver have very bearish fundamentals. But I think we can make a little money with these isolated exceptions.
