I actually was thinking that stocks go up when layoffs are announced. I thought a layoff announcement would bode well for psft stock - geez is that backward thinking or what? Look what the stk market has done to me. Anyway layoff or no the real news is that "restatement" thats the real problem, wish I could figure out whats going on here.
