That should give that stock a boost. I hope it takes right off.

The journalist reporting the past history of an officer of the company is just doing what he is being paid to do.

I am not an expert nor do I insinuate anything, however how would you feel if for some reason you where bilked out of money by a person who's past is shady and it came to light that some journalist or whoever, had knowledge of it and kept it to himself.

Who would be screaming then?
