If I read the announcement correctly,the possible restatement has to do with accounting/writing off in process r&d. This is not something that is specific to PSFT. I've seen this in a few earnings releases recently and it seems the SEC is cracking down on this and it's becoming a very hot topic. It would be a different story if it was due to irregular bookkeeping or something of that nature which it doesn't appear to be. Not saying it's not an issue...just not unique to PSFT. I think VNTV had the same thing yesterday in their earnings statement if I'm not mistaken.
