Spidey?? Spideybuns???

I believe you said, in your incoherent way, that:

dtc who will not lift freeze (regardless that stock has been cancelled) before 1/29 in hopes of a "compromise" before the hearing & marcasse who shorts this stock through canada.

Guess that hasn't happened, has it? And I ask again: how can AZNT unilaterally "cancel" the stock?

exchange2000.com

* hearing is 1/29, dtc will be added to suit & be forced to defend not lifting freeze or they will lift freeze to avoid be named to the case.

exchange2000.com

* dtc via maclean propose compromise. they will immediately lift freeze if aznt states 1.2 million shares are free trading, the short position. aznt declines. still no squeeze is evident because dtc will not lift freeze to return & release the cancelled stock from the dtc web of credits & debits.

* now hearing for 1/29 will transpire if dtc does not voluntarily lift freeze & they will be named to the case. in fact, they WILL be the case since andy mann was found in default as were shoreline & whitecliffe. now aznt seeks immediate injunctive release to lift the freeze on 1/29. summary judgement will hopefully be signed on or before 1/29 & federal marshalls can go & seize the 4.48 million shares removing them from the system.

* if dtc voluntarily lifts freeze, you will see your short squeeze

* if the court extends the r.o & injunction to dtc, you will see your squeeze. we have said this all along jeffy boy. you are just in denial.

No word of a last-minute "agreement" or "compromise". Gee. Guess the DTC didn't fall to its knees before Mighty Mike, eh?

Um, Spidey, I really don't think it's Jeff who's in denial.
