<<Vivus going under $2.00-->> <<Sorry Vlad>> Andreas, I have to disagree with you as always. I believe that Vivus will now go up and actually soon be a double. Why? Because IMO the stock is currently priced for bankruptcy. You all knew that no partner was going to be announced as I clearly warned all of you. You knew that international sales would be lower based on Astra waiting to let Viagra get relaesed first in Europe. You all knew that we would readily beat Q4 estimates of a 4 cent loss. You all know as from the past 4 quarters that Vivus always paints a pessimistic picture so they don't get sued again for pumping the stock. You all know that Wilson has offers on the table but is was waiting for Astra-Zeneca merger to complete so that Vivus could negotiate a partnership with the company they will feel most comfortable with for an eventual take-over. I see a lot of positive news coming out from Vivus over the next few months including a domestic partner and more on R&D developments. With the huge short interest in Vivus along with only mostly die hard longs holding long, Vivus has nowhere to go except up. Look for a break out of this 2.5 to 3.5 trading pattern. VLAD PS Those who wish to pursue voting in our own board and ousting Wilson please post your thoughts or opinions. Based on the input I will decide whether we move forward or not. Should we give him another month to get the partner signed or shall we move forward towards his removal NOW??
