AOL is buying Netscape for .45 shares. NSCP .45 = 1 share AOL. Trading at a discount means AOL market price ~$170 * .45 or $76.50. If NSCP is less than $76.50, is this the discount you are talking about?

I have some questions. Has anyone seen the terms and conditions that AOL is purchasing NSCP? Does it mention anything if AOL's stock splits?
