Martha McCallum on CNBC just did a spot on CPQ's failure to keep up with the rest of the PC sector. Said, "Compaq definitely lesser loved than other stocks in the PC sector" Mentioned that .05 of earnings was due to tax benefit, but said they still beat estimate by .01. She also mentioned upgrades and the fact that the previous guest said CPQ was one of their top picks. Both she and sue found it "interesting" that CPQ was not keeping up in such a strong tech rally today. All in all, not a negative report at all, mostly positive. Just surprise the stock hasn't been treated better. Boy. Do we know it too? Russ
