Dave, You're too smart for me in a verbal combat <grin> ! MSFT was not a virtual monopoly back then. I wish I had known they were going to be monopoly. I'd have paid twice as much as I pay for YHOO now. With what I'm paying to buy a slice of YHOO, I hope someday it grows along the lines, if not just like, MSFT. Would you think this is a high price to pay for the luxury ? Of course you say that this is NOT going to be another MSFT. Hey, THAT point, rather than anything else, is the point of contention. I think it will be a dominant player. Maybe not as dominant as MSFT. But pretty dominant. Hey, we're as divided in opinions as we were back in October.....ever wonder about it ? Like SweetPete says, the more things change, the more they remain the same........LOL BTW, he did not bat an eyelid during the recent crash. The guy has courage of his convictions...............
