CRUZ: MBT's trading desk is great. The phone rarely rings more than 3 or 4 times before they answer, and I have never waited more than 30 seconds for a trader. They are responsive, courteous, and very professional. I have made trades during the day as well as after hours on Instinet. I was with DLJdirect for several months, and it would take 10 minutes at times just to get through. Once they answered, it would take another 10 minutes to get a trader. Of course, by that time the trade was usually gone. Rarely will you have this kind of problem with MBT.
