Leroy and all conveniently ignored this post (from martman), but I think that the issue it raises needs to be addressed. I think they do, according to the Securities Act of 1934 s10b-5. Martman and all, rest assured, if CMOZ craps out I'll give you "Leroy Tolles'" home telephone number and address. Then you can serve the necessary legal documents if you wish. In any event, we now know that TOPCAT1 will be off serving other clients. Martman, thanks for that info. You might have saved some other from your fate.
