If I recall correctly, you are one of those concerned with potential dilution. I remember someone guaranteeing that the total shares outstanding after conversion of debentures and warrants can not exceed 22 million. I am still looking at the Edgar filings and do not find where this limit is mentioned. Please confirm if this stated limit is correct and advise me where I can find this also. Thanks.
