Congratulations Mark, good move! To Sid I say promotion is like any form of advertising- necessary to get the word out when you are a fledgling. What good is it to have the best mouse trap if no one knows about it! It is in the company's interest to get the price of the stock up to be able to attract capital for expansion and R&D. No crime there as long as they tell the truth without hype and dump by insiders. My opinion.
