I got a private message from a knowledgeable investor who shares our concern for VICL, the stock. In a nutshell he mentioned that VICL is making a fortune for the MM's while we John Q's who can neither anticipate nor control the price movement in any way are virtually held hostage as VICL's promise looks ever brighter while its stock looks ever locked into this trading range. However, as one who has done a fair amount of technical analysis, I know that VICL sooner or later will break out of this range and when it does so I believe the fundamentals will decide the direction it goes. My only fear is that VICL investors just throw in the towel on any rally and look for stronger vehicles for their investment dollars. Fundamentally I can think of very few investments that look as strong as this one. Jim
