haven't listened to the call yet but i don't understand the negative tone on the thread. fqiw, a couple points. 1. top line is most important. that they grew 60% in a tough year is good. a conservative 20-30% going forward isn't too bad. they can beat it because visibility will improve in second half. 2. the RIF is not a company that is losing market share. it is refocusing on higher growth e-commerce business and adjusting business model to current growth rate. 3. the restatement is not a company with fishy accounting. it is how they account for in process research etc. associated with acq. this is no big deal and doesn't (IMO) affect operating models. 4. all the negatives are in the stock. my guess is analysts will stay on sideline waiting for another q and more visibility. some of us will sell, others will buy and the stock will prob. stay in trading range for awhile but 6 mos. from now will be a lot higher.
