After I found that report I sold out my position. What a shitty balance sheet. I don't know about PCMS here. I think it will probably sell off tommorow, and will certainly sell of when the news gets out about the stock offering. Maybe reenter at 5.50-6.50 level. Maybe!!! There are so many better stocks out there.
