Another way too look at the downturn, some institution holding shares have dump this week anticipating the de-listing, since most likely can't hold shares on exchange such as bulleting board... The stock may drops because of de-listing too a temporally levels of .09 -.12. I'm loading up big time.

There news release will answer a few questions, looking for a recipe of optimistic news going forward.
