I like the therapeutic effect of their product (i.e. it works), and the target audience potential (i.e. it is huge). Do they know exactly how their product works? If so, how novel is it? I.E. could another product come along and easily do the same thing, or is it really quite unique? Are there any competitors to it that may make it to market sooner?

If the answers to these questions are all favorable, then I will have to add NEOT to my focus list (the only others to obtain my stamp of approval are CEGE, CTII, IMCL, NFLD). And then to my buy list as soon as they reach Phase III.
