Mark, thanks for your long answer that came out from a 5 minute research. That's unbelievable understanding by my standard.

CKFR has business in PC banking and electronic bill payment. They are driving almost all revenues from PC banking currently. But what drives this stock's price currently is the electronic bill payment area, which does not have significant revenue currently, but anticipated to be huge in the future. Every bill we pay in our household electronically in the future, CKFR getting paid for $0.50 or so. people pay 12 bills each month average per household and 40% bills are anticipated to be paid electronically by year 2003. Currently almost 0%.

They just signed an undisclosed contract with Yahoo, so their service will be available on Yahoo soon. Besides, they have also signed major billers like AT&T and Southern Company, 41 of the top 100, and further additions looks great in the pipeline.

By the way, one of the factors depressed their stock was their competitor - Transpoint. Transpoint is a J.V. among Microsoft, FDC, and Citibank. But now, it looks CKFR is pulling away far ahead of them and "become the industry's defacto leader" for bill payment. The investment they made over the last few years and thier 15 years of moving money electronically has made a difference.

This is not exactly an internet stock, it's in the area of internet back bone or service. I'd like your opinion to see how far this thing can go because I have a significant holding in this one for a while and still like to trade on the side. Thanks :o)
