Looks like tomorrow is D-Day for TUTS:

Tut Systems Inc., which designs products that provide high-
speed access to the Internet and other networks over phone wires,
sold 2.5 million shares at $18 each, raising $45 million rather
than the $37.5 million originally expected.The sale gave Tut Systems a market capitalization of about $198 million.
