The "out of compliance" issue had to do with the stock closing under $1 for 30 days and they corrected that long before the grace period of getting 10 consecutive days of $1 or better over 90 days ever happened. The only thing they'd need to worry about would be the NTA on this coming 10-Q but I somehow doubt they're going to have a problem there. We'll talk after the game.
