TFK and David, I agree with you 100%. Been in this company for longer then a year and I am not going to sell now.

I want to tell you about an experience I just had. As you might know I am an Independent FlashNet Rep. (we offer ISP connection for as low as $13.12 p/month – write me for details jcflash@flash.net: taking advantage of a little free publicity :-)

Today I received a call from a guy in the Silicon Valley Calf. area who wanted to sign up with FlashNet. As I was getting his information I could tell that he was an expert with networks and I asked him what he does for his day job. He said that he is a professional web page creator and works with some large companies working also with networks where they are creating OS that run on top of Unix. I asked him if he had ever heard of Cohesive. He said he sure has and that they are one of the best companies there is for creating web sites for corporations.

I then told him about TSIG and our new web site. I also told him what our stock is trading at. He said look out when the new site is launched the stock will take off because Cohesive does such a good job and it sounds like your company has a good business plan. This really encouraged me and I am looking forward to welcoming him to the club when he buys some shares in the morning.

I just wanted you and the others to share in my little experience with a total stranger.
