On the AOL case.......

Secondopinion (from RB) and I were discussing this via email. If AOL were concerned about the information that BNEZ got from the depositions, it would make sense for them to be buying BNEZ shares like crazy right now. Because, if they felt BNEZ got some incriminating evidence via the depositions, then it would be in AOL's best interest to settle with BNEZ. And of course, once the settlement became public, BNEZ shares would soar, and AOL would be able to at least partially offset the cost of the settlement by selling their BNEZ shares (which were bought very cheaply). Since obviously AOL (nor anyone else) has not been buying up BNEZ shares, AOL must not be concerned and has no intention of settling with BNEZ.

So I hope no one gets disappointed when AOL is granted summary judgment and there is no settlement for BNEZ. I just hope BNEZ did not invest too heavily in this litigation, and still has money left to market PMA......which I'm sure they do.

It personally will not bother me........I will be glad to see this behind us and soon become a reporting company.
