Kris, I'm sure that's a personality fault with me, I tend to avoid the superficial. It doesn't make me reach out when I do business, but makes me very aware when people prove they're people and break the mold. I know that discount brokers are supposed to behave like machines, but let me tell you that many have helped me along in the early days, and have tried to encourage or discourage me many times on certain stocks.
