It is also very important that one is able to concisely state one's arguments for supporting a particular position. I believe that Mr Goldfinger's arguments are extremely weak and do not do justice to the intelligence and experience which others assert he possesses.
If he were to clearly state his argument I believe they would taken apart point by point. It seems he does not wish to put himself through this process and thus refers us to his many many posts which are mostly full of insubtantive aggression and slander.
No-one should have to re-read all those unpleasant posts.
In addition I have posed many points to him for his comments and he has seemingly ignored them. One can only assume that he has no responses to these points which would support his arguments.
As he will not engage he must therefore state his own arguments concisely or should acknowledge his position on this company was incorrect.

With regards to an answer you claim I gave you with regard to who was building the IFLY website: I probably did mention the figure of $350,000 - you will find this mentioned in Note #6 of section F7 of the 10 QSB (August Quarterly - sorry I can't post the link... it's too long and screws up the page - you can find it at Edgar Online).
I certainly did not say that IBM was developing the site for them - although I may have said that I had heard an IBM authorized developer was developing the site for them.

The website developer is ZA Inc, headed up by a Mr Jack Zahran. For more information on cost overuns see: edgar-online.com

I do not believe Jack Zahran is Simarx. I had heard that Jack Zahran and Tokyomex ran a website together for sometime and then had a major disagreement. Simarx now participates in the Investor Alley website at:http://www.investoralley.com. I gather he is an elderly gentleman with some fair degree of investment expertise.

I hope this helps.
