Scumbria,

>>AMD's Fast Ramp up<<

I believe Intel's ramp up is more impressive. On top of that, Intel's products leave more design margin than AMD's. For example, I could easily overclock my P-II/450 to 500MHz without a glitch. Meanwhile, even running a K6-2/333 at 333MHz sometimes presents problems. This is purely my observation and absolute truth --- no hype or anything. Hell, I was even more of an AMD investor than these gripers on this thread who have more consumers' interest in mind than shareholders'.

>>Intel's Management Showing Signs of Panic<<

Whether this is true or not, I can tell you that last quarter Intel reduced the price of Celeron chips so much that all investors were surprised by a very healthy margin. Meanwhile, AMD shipped a lot of K6's for a losing cause. Either Intel's management is panicking or not, AMD's management still cannot execute competently to save their lives.
