I don't think it is sensitive to oil, its more sensitive to countries moving away from TEL to more environmentally friendly fuels and additives. The overwhelming positive to this story is that economic weakness around the world makes it less likely emerging markets are going to switch. Did you get the conference call number to call in on Feb.10, or would you like the playback number? I'm trying to pass this investment off to as many "value" friends as possible. did you see Jim Grant's article on this in the most recent issue of Money?
