Jeff, the new Franklin facility is in Scottsdale but I haven't seen the exact address posted anywhere yet. BTW I am having a house built next to Chandler in Gilbert (off Ray & Val Vista on the golf course). Used the same financing as you, old FTEL and DCTC profits from spikes. Hope to pay it off (and maybe retire?) later this year with FNet and fresh FTEL & DCTC profits. Since the Arizona home will be a 2nd home for a while and I am in California, I need someone to mow the lawn, clean the pool and pick up stray golf balls. Now who around here is qualified for this job and probably nothing else? Hmmmm..... Bruce
