Correction: Isis jumped 2 1/4 to 16 1/4 after Vector Securities International initiated coverage of Isis with a "buy" rating, (not because of any FDA approval). According to the Wall Street Journal today, "The company has a top program in the gene-signal blocking technology knows as antisense, as well as a well-respected program in the rapid-screening techniques known as a combinatorial chemistry."

WSJ also reports that Isis was mentioned favorably in the June Issue of Worth magazine.
